Relio AI Privacy Policy

We may process phone numbers and display names you add; presence events and timestamps; notification and tracking preferences; anonymous account and installation identifiers; subscription and entitlement status; and technical data needed for security, diagnostics, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

Relio AI does not request Contacts permission and never accesses, scans, copies, or uploads your device address book. Phone numbers are processed only when you enter them manually.

• Provide and secure Relio AI features, presence-related updates, and notifications.
• Verify Premium access and purchases through Apple App Store and RevenueCat.
• Measure product and advertising performance, prevent fraud, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests and comply with legal obligations.

Where permitted, Relio AI uses Meta and TikTok integrations to measure how advertising campaigns contribute to app installs, engagement, and subscriptions. Advertising identifiers are used only when Apple permission and applicable law allow. You can change Apple tracking permission from iOS Settings.

Phone numbers, display names, presence events, and the people you add are not sent to Meta or TikTok as advertising targeting or measurement parameters and are not used by Relio AI to select an ad.

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information only as needed with providers that operate the service, including Apple, RevenueCat, hosting and notification infrastructure, and Meta and TikTok for permitted attribution or analytics.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.

You may add another person only when that person knows about and explicitly consents to the analysis, or when you are legally authorized to act for them. A family relationship alone does not constitute permission. Relio AI records your attestation but does not independently verify your legal authority. You are responsible for complying with privacy, communications, platform, and local laws and for stopping use when authorization no longer exists.

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.

You may delete your Relio account and related app data from Settings. Deleting app data does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple ID settings. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your data.

Relio AI is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where required, providing an additional notice.
