Relio AI

Relio AI Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Relio AI processes information when you use its mobile app, subscriptions, presence-related activity features, notifications, analytics, and—if enabled—advertising.

Effective date: August 11, 2026

1

Information we process

We may process phone numbers and display names you add; presence events and timestamps; notification and tracking preferences; anonymous account and installation identifiers; subscription and entitlement status; and technical data needed for security, diagnostics, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

If advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform may process consent choices, IP address, device information, advertising identifiers where Apple permission and applicable consent allow, and ad impression or interaction data.

2

How we use information

  • Provide and secure Relio AI features, presence-related updates, and notifications.
  • Verify Premium access and purchases through Apple App Store and RevenueCat.
  • Measure product and advertising performance, prevent fraud, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests and comply with legal obligations.
3

Advertising and consent

Relio AI may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show ads only to eligible users without Premium access. Google UMP is used to request and manage advertising privacy choices where required. You can change Google advertising choices from the in-app Ad privacy choices entry when it is required, and Apple tracking permission from iOS Settings.

Phone numbers, contact names, presence events, and the people you choose to add are not sent to Google Mobile Ads by our advertising integration and are not used by Relio AI to select an ad. Premium users are not served AdMob ads.

4

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information only as needed with providers that operate the service, including Apple, RevenueCat, hosting and notification infrastructure, Meta and TikTok for permitted attribution or analytics, and Google AdMob/UMP for advertising and consent management if advertising is enabled.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.

5

Authorization and responsible use

You may add another person only where you have their authorization or another valid legal basis. Relio AI does not independently verify your legal authority. You are responsible for complying with privacy, communications, platform, and local laws and for stopping use when authorization no longer exists.

6

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.

You may delete your Relio account and related app data from Settings. Deleting app data does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple ID settings. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your data.

7

Children and policy changes

Relio AI is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where required, providing an additional notice.
