By accessing or using Flinx-AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Flinx-AI provides data analysis and AI-powered insights for educational and informational purposes:
Price action scanning (Order Blocks, FVG, Market Structure Shift, S/R, Killzones, etc.) across multiple timeframes converted into readable interpretations.
AI-generated market analysis and data interpretations to support your research.
Learning materials, tutorials, and explanations to help you understand market analysis.
Charts, calculators, and other tools for financial research and education.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, offers, or solicitations. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
Services may include AI-generated content, experimental features, delayed/third-party market data, or errors. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date. Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer pro-rated refunds except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Your legal rights (if any) are not affected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flinx-AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from or related to your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasons. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
